Carla started out in the live events industry over 20 years ago gaining experience in a range of sectors including TV and music production, backline, audio, touring, logistics and crew management. She has been part of the Star Live team for nearly 10 years and has gained a wealth of experience during her time.  

As our Staff Resourcing Manager Carla is a dedicated member of the operations team, helping to successfully deliver some of our biggest jobs across all 4 pillars of the company. She is committed to supporting our existing talented crew whilst also growing the team with exciting opportunities.
