Major League Baseball Fan Festival at Trafalgar Square!

Star Live was delighted to again to work with client Imagination to create an unforgettable activation for the Major League Baseball Fan Festival at Trafalgar Square!

During the 2024 London Series, Major League Baseball once again took over Trafalgar Square for their annual Fan Festival, featuring live broadcasts from London Stadium and the innovative augmented-reality home-run derby, 'The Cage'.

Imagination's vision for their client was bigger and better than ever this year, and Star Live was honoured to be entrusted with the delivery of the installation. Star Live took Imagination’s creative concept and brought it to life; from the technical development and structural engineering of the 9.0m tall cage structure to the steel-wire rope design that supported the funnel-shaped Dyneema knotless net, and to the neat bracketry that enable video and lighting to hug the structure. Big shoutout to Off Set Workshop on the quality of the scenic install. The intricate chevron flooring design was delivered with assurance, and the finish of the upholstered dugout seats with lockable drawers and fridge units created an impressive sight. Every detail was considered, even down to the chevron tensator barriers and bat racks.
