Roger is an acknowledged specialist in the design and provision of temporary structures, large-scale overlay and venue rigging, including the legacy conversion of venues built for the Beijing and London Olympics.

A Specialist Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and a qualified Structural Engineering Technician, Roger regularly consults for major sports grounds including Principality and Anfield Stadiums as well as to the HSE and Standing Committee on Structural Safety. Roger is a past Chairman of the Advisory Group on Temporary Structures.

He has particular specialities in the design and installation of structural grid systems for venues, any type of outdoor temporary structure and marine engineering for events built under, in or on water.
