The collaboration between Star Live and Envy Create to execute the premier TikTok live activation at Kings Cross station was an impressive logistical feat that required meticulous planning and execution from all involved.
For a two-day live music event, Star Live had the critical responsibility of constructing, branding, and setting up the stage, booths, and lounge area.
The Star Live team faced the challenge of transforming the bustling Kings Cross hub into an engaging event space using multiple Star Box structures. Kings Cross is a renowned location for hosting a variety of pop-up events and activations, but the limited 5-hour build window posed a significant constraint that the Star Live team had to overcome.
Demonstrating their expertise and foresight, the Star Live team took a highly proactive approach, pre-building and pre-branding many of the key structures prior to the onsite setup. This strategic move allowed the team to rapidly deliver and complete the full installation, ensuring that everything was ready well in advance of the anticipated performances.
The seamless integration of the vibrant TikTok branding throughout the various elements, combined with the team's ability to work swiftly within the tight timeframe, resulted in a polished, immersive experience that captivated the passing crowds at the bustling Kings Cross station.
